Surgery Insurance: Laurel House Dental Practice
Based in Kent, Laurel House Dental Practice has insured with MIAB since 2014. Their Practice Manager, Tracy Ballard, chose to originally insure through MIAB as she found “the price was competitive and [MIAB] understood the dental profession with regards to insurance”, and since then has continued to renew because of the “efficient service”.
Unfortunately, at the end of 2017 Tracy contacted MIAB after they found that their defibrillator was no longer working. As the practice needed a working defibrillator to be CQC compliant, a prompt resolution was required.

As well as good service, MIAB were able to agree with the insurer a pay-out of £746 the same day as it received the claims form, ensuring the Practice could purchase their new defibrillator as soon as possible.
