"As customers we are always quick to complain, condemn and criticise, but far slower to praise, complement and appreciate excellent service. I experienced exemplary service from MIAB, but especially from Caroline who I felt treated me as a valued individual rather than a set of digital data.

From when I was made aware of the possibility of claiming for my illness in 2017 - in a far from straight forward situation regarding loss of revenue involved in my absence - I have felt that Caroline did absolutely all she could to investigate, explain and justify a settlement for myself. At the final outcome the figure was modified, but I got a straight forward explanation as to why this had happened and an apology for inadvertently misleading me if an alternative outcome had been expected. It was a masterclass in customer management as I felt I was always treated in a friendly manner with the utmost professionalism to achieve a successful outcome.
