We Have Signed the Inclusive Behaviours in Insurance Pledge!
We’re pleased to announce we have signed the industry-wide Inclusive Behaviours pledge, designed to change unevolved behaviours, and create a more inclusive work environment across the insurance sector.
Spearheaded by the CEOs of Zurich UK and Lloyd’s of London – Tulsi Naidu and Inga Beale – the pledge aims to address all forms of potential discrimination in the workplace, and introduces a framework of desired behaviours for leaders, their employees and for interactions with suppliers and customers.
By being a part of this pledge, we have the opportunity to build our culture into the industry as part of a ‘leadership legacy’.
We’re committed to ‘ensuring that, when interacting with employees, everyone can expect to:
- be treated with respect, courtesy and dignity
- be treated in a manner free from discrimination and objectification
- not be harassed, bullied or victimised
- be dealt with in an honest, transparent and legal way’
