Renew each year without a second thought
"This is the second time we have had to submit a claim in three years, and I'd just like to say that the level of after care service we have received has been exceptional. From the time we initially made MIAB aware of the incident, to the time the settlement from the insurer (three weeks) is truly refreshing, and the level of contact each time is without fault. We have had the health centre insurance for over five years, and the competitive cost is extremely reasonable in comparison to other insurance companies out there in the market. But it's the after sales service we receive that enables us to renew each year without a second thought.
